Kiana (they/she) is a heart-centered facilitator, community builder, thought partner, spiritual companion, maker of things, and generally someone trying to live into their liberatory values. Much of their work is an attempt to honor those ancestors who found ways to survive, resist, and dream of a future where all people are free from domination and oppression.

With deep gratitude…

I’m eternally grateful for the privilege of helping people seed new possibilities. Thank you for inviting me into your journey.

I feel like I can show up and be my genuine self. I feel safe enough to challenge and be challenged by others. I leave our monthly gatherings feeling centered, buoyed, and sustainably energized.

Generative Conflict 101

I really like how the speaker [Kiana] went to each discussion group and listened to what each individual had to share; it really made me feel heard and understood because I hadn’t experienced most of what the other individuals were going through in their respective organizations.

Resourcing the movement: community care strategies for advocate retention and well-being

Our team was able to have a 1:1 with Kiana to proactively deal with a conflict that happened during my cohort. It feels incredible to have Kiana’s support, not only as someone who is the expert, but also, someone to really be a thought partner as we navigate conflict in real time.
